If you’re on the lookout for a piece of Sebastian Davidson, prepare yourself for a dj session at Radio 538′s Dance Department. Saturday, February 25th, the Dutch radio station has invited Davidson for the second time to do an exclusive dj set in the studio! Kevin Yost & Peter Funk – Dreams of You – Sebastian Davidson Remix

Starting off 2012, Sebastian Davidson had the honor to remix one of his deep house all time favorites. A pivotal record at the time of its release, Kevin Yost & Peter Funk’s “Dreams of You” was a calling card for the early deep house sound found on the label in 1999. Standing the test of time the chorus still rings true as one of the most recognizable from late 90′s house music. In the latest I Records release Sebastian Davidson redeveloped this classic single. Sure to keep the deep alive, the remix is officially available on Beatport now.

Sebastian Davidson & Raxon – Miles Away

Dubai-based imprint Audio Tonic kick-off 2012 with Miles Away, a collaboration between Egyptian producer/dj Raxon and Dutch artist Sebastian Davidson. Miles Away is a melodic, upbeat and shimmering slice of house that is light but punchy and very much dance floor focused.   The remix of Miles Away comes from the irrepressible Beligan outfit, Spirit Catcher. Miles Away is released on Audio Tonic Records on 9th Feb 2012.

Sebastian Davidson is DJing since 1995 and fervently began to produce his own material in 2006. Tracks as ‘Nightbird’ and ‘Sunday Morning’ have become small classics and are played out by a wide range of top-jocks. He released over 50 tracks on labels such as Night Drive Music, I Records, Loco Records, Kinky Vinyl, Noir Music, Deepology, Kolour and Dark Energy.

Davidson is now gearing up to release his first album in 2011 and is working on a fresh mix compilation of Kinky Vinyl Classics for Seamless Records. He is also busy running his own recordlabel Nightbird Music, releasing respected artist from the (deep) house scene.
